Warranty & Returns Policy

At HeatStik™, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction and confidence in our heated bat warmer are our top priorities.


🔒 Warranty Coverage

  • All HeatStik™ products come with a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • If a product is found defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.

What’s Covered:

  • Heating element or electronics that fail under normal use.

  • Defective stitching, fabric, or zippers.

  • Battery pack failure (if purchased as part of a HeatStik bundle).

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications.

  • Water damage beyond the intended water-resistant design.

  • Loss or theft.

  • We will not covered damaged or cracked bats that occur when the heatstik is used

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully confident in your HeatStik™ purchase.

  • Return Window: You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.


🛠️ How to Make a Warranty Claim or Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@heatstik.com with your order number, receipt, and a description of the issue.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us. Once inspected, we’ll process your repair, replacement, or refund.

  4. Send returns to PO Box 4474, Smithers, BC, Canada, V0J2N0
