Heatstik™ is a Canadian-designed heated bat warmer built for softball and baseball players who train and compete in cold weather. When temperatures drop, composite and alloy bats lose responsiveness, feel dead off the barrel, and are more prone to internal stress. Heatstik™ uses a controlled 5V / 2A powered heating system to gently warm the barrel area so hitters can feel more consistent contact during early-season practices, cold-night tournaments, and northern-climate play.
Each Heatstik™ ships with a USB-A power bank, making it easy to warm a bat anywhere—no outlets, no dugout cables, no batteries inside the sleeve. The multi-layer insulated design wraps the barrel and applies portable warmth while players prep to hit. Many athletes prefer warming for feel and confidence, while understanding that bat performance still depends on temperature, contact point, and ball hardness.
Heatstik™ does not modify the structure of a bat or prevent cracking, and users should always avoid extreme temperature swings or hitting frozen balls.
